Booking and Receiving a Procedure/Treatment
By booking or receiving a procedure/treatment at Young Renewal Aesthetics, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these policies, do not book or receive treatment.
All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact our staff for assistance.
Payment
Full payment for procedures/treatments is required either before or immediately after the appointment. Payments can be made via Cash, EFTPOS, or Afterpay.
Failure to pay in full may result in Young Renewal Aesthetics pursuing outstanding fees, including any associated costs. A surcharge applies to card payments: 1% for EFTPOS and most credit cards, and 1.45% for American Express.
Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Right to Refuse
Staff may refuse service at their discretion in accordance with relevant legislation and clinical guidelines.
Consultation
Medical practitioners reserve the right to determine the most appropriate treatment for each client.
Follow-Up Appointments
Wrinkle Relaxing Treatments
Follow-ups are recommended 2 weeks post-treatment (except masseters, hyperhidrosis, and trapezius muscles, which are 4 weeks).
Follow-ups conducted outside the recommended timeframe may incur additional costs.
Complimentary follow-ups are not guaranteed, particularly for large muscle groups.
Volume Replacement Treatments
Follow-ups should occur 4 weeks post-treatment.
Any additional treatment requested outside a reasonable timeframe will incur a cost.
Follow-ups are intended to adjust treatment for optimal results; additional volume requested is charged separately.
Sales and Promotions
Promotions are not combinable with other offers.
Packages cannot be split between clients or transferred.
Promotional pricing applies only to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.
Offers are limited by time and availability, and Young Renewal Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without notice.
Promotions may be staff-specific and are not guaranteed on weekends or public holidays.
Medical practitioners determine treatment suitability and may refuse treatment at their discretion.
Child Policy
For health and safety, children must be supervised by a responsible adult not receiving treatment.
If a child cannot be properly supervised, staff may refuse treatment, and the booking deposit will be forfeited.
Running Late Policy
Appointments must begin on time to ensure adequate treatment time.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your booking deposit and require rebooking online.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
